![]() ![]() Marcella was helpful to answer questions as needed. Each building has their own concierge which is really nice. Given how large the facility is and the other reviews, we thought it would be a longer walk. We stayed in building #5 which has the regular rooms (we didn’t upgrade) and it was about a 5 minute walk to the restaurants. Neither of us eat seafood so we felt like we didn’t get the most for our money. ![]() The real benefit to the PC is the fact that you can get lobster at the restaurants which would normally cost +$50/each. We aren’t big drinkers so we were able to also request a bottle of wine / sparkling wine instead of 4 bottles of liquor. Another perk of the PC was being able to decide which liquors you can have in your room. You may be able to ask prior to your arrival so I’d recommend trying if you know where you want to be. When we got there we asked to have it moved from the beach location to the pool & were able to get in at a quiet spot but you may have to wait until something opens up to move from where they have you located. They are numbered and some are clearly in better spots (more/less shade, more/ less noise based on proximity to the main pool). It was great to have the reserved cabana but we didn’t realize it was assigned prior to arrival for the beach or the pool location. We decided to spend the extra money for the Privilege club benefits. There were several things we learned at our first time here so I thought I’d share above and beyond the basic expectations. You can read many other reviews about the hotel and facilities. ![]() ![]()
